Is MATT Circle Solutions (™) a Therapist and are you licensed to provide mental health therapy or psychosocial counseling?
No. We are not therapists and therefore are not licensed to provide psychosocial or other forms of mental health therapy or counseling. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about how we differ from a traditional therapist.
Tell me more about your cancellation and refund policy.
If a client wishes to cancel our services after booking or changes his mind halfway through a session, we do not provide refund. If we cancel a service because of inappropriate client behavior or violation of our ethical terms, no refund is provided.
Am I only paired with one Phone Pal and for how long?
Yes. Clients are typically assigned one phone pal for the duration of their services. However, in the unlikely event that clients are unhappy with the services provided by their assigned phone pal, they can request to be switched to another. Your phone pal will remain your phone pal for as long as you book the service.
Do you provide in-person services?
At this time, all of our services are virtual.
Are Phone Pals only females?
At this time all of our phone pals are females. With time, we will also include male phone pals. Clients can always choose who they prefer to work with.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by calling us or by selecting one of the packages on our Pricing page.
Do you only work with clients in certain states or regions?
Our services are virtual, which allow us the flexibility to work with clients all over the US.
I am a female. Can I become a client?
At this time our clientele services is strictly geared towards men.
Is there an eligibility requirement to who become a client?
Clients must be 20 years or older and single in order to be eligible. Men who are married or in active relationships are not eligible at this time.
Tell me more about your client ethics policy.
All clients and phone pals must adhere to and abide by our ethics policy. Matt Circle could terminate the services of clients or phone pals in violation. For more information see our “ethics policy”.
Can I have video chats or engage in text conversations with my phone pal in addition to phone calls?
The service is mostly provided via phone call, however, some packages do allow clients to request periodic text or video chats with their Phone Pal as long as clients adhere to the same ethical standards applied during phone calls.
