MATT CIRCLE ™

All clients must accept and adhere to our ethics policy.

By signing up for our service, clients agree that we are not therapists and therefore are not licensed to provide psychosocial or other forms of mental health therapy or counseling. We are a compassionate listening and seminar support service, which is slightly different from a therapist. Our method is more tailored towards helping you to achieve your personal goals and providing empathetic listening and social advice to meet your emotional needs. Refund:

If a client wishes to cancel our services after booking or changes his mind halfway through a session, we do not provide refund in such instances. If we cancel a service because of inappropriate client behavior or violation of our ethical terms, no refund is provided. However, if we have to cancel the service and this is not in any way the fault of the client, the client will be issued a refund on a pro-rata basis or the client will be credited unused service time for future use, valid for a year.

Phone Pal Service

Clients agree not to attempt to, insinuate or outrightly request to foster any form of relationship outside of a professional client-coach friendship. This is strictly against our policy and professional ethics and could result in client services being relinquished. Other reasons that client services may be relinquished include: violation of our ethical terms including but not limited to, engaging in inappropriate or obscene behavior during phone sessions, flirting with your phone coach, using sexually suggestive languages, requesting personal information from phone coach such as their home address or relationship status. Clients may not misrepresent professional relationship with assigned phone coach in any way, form or shape. Client must also respect the privacy of assigned coach and desist from acts that may be consider invasion of privacy. Should empath and client wish to engage in a private, personal friendship outside of MATT Circle professional standards of operation, both client and empath must firstly relinquish their services with MATT Circle. Clients must remember this at all times.

Seminar Support Group

Seminar Support groups will set their own ethics and privacy policy. Clients who are members of a support group agree to abide by the ethics and privacy policy of that group, as set forth and determined by the group members and its assigned wellness coach at the time of formation. Failure to comply with support group ethics and privacy policy may result in a client’s services being relinquished, or the transfer of client to another support group.

Client Nature

MATT Circle Solutions™ works exclusively with male clients who are 20 years of age or older and single. Clients must be 18 years or older and single in order to be eligible for both the phone pal service. We do not service married men, or men in active relationships. If a client misrepresents themselves in order to benefit from our service, MATT Circle™ reserves the right to terminate its services with such client without prior notice and no refunds will be provided.

Getting Redress

If an assigned phone pal is inappropriate with client or client believes that assigned empath or coach is not providing services in terms with MATT Circle’s standards, Client must immediately notify us explaining the situation. MATT Circle will investigate and take appropriate actions against phone pal should claims be deemed true. Actions that could occur include but not limited to: reassigning client to another phone coach, or in grave instances, relinquishing the services of the coach in question. In such instances, client will be credited with unused service time for future use, valid for a year. Client agrees to immediately report (if any) inappropriate behavior of coach or lack of satisfactory service compliant with MATT Circle’s standards of operation.

Cancellation of Service

At any time, client may choose to end service with MATT Circle with or without a cause. Client agrees that cancellation of services does not automatically equals a refund. Refund cases will be addressed by MATT Circle on a case by case basis and all decisions final.

Privacy Policy

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
